Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment information over the phone or via email. No worries! We have a way in which you can update the information, just follow these steps below:
- First, review and update your account (including payment information) by going to account.ramseysolutions.com.
- Next, click on "Update Subscriptions" and find the line that says "Ramsey Preferred Coach".
- Then, you can select "Manage Subscription" and update the payment information prompts on that page.
