If you're having trouble downloading activities inside FCMT and you are not able to progress to the next lesson, please follow these steps to hopefully resolve the issue as quickly as possible:
Click the Text, Not the Download Symbol or Circle Icon: Ensure you click on the text (title of the document or link next to the circle) and NOT the "download" symbol or the circle icon to the left of the text.
New Tab or Download Should Begin: After selecting the text next to the circle, a new tab should open, or a download should start, placing the appropriate file in your downloads folder.
Verify Completion with Blue Checkmark: Upon completing the activity, look for a blue checkmark inside the circle icon next to the title of the activity. This indicates successful completion.
Consider Trying on a Computer: If you've been encountering issues on a mobile device, consider trying these steps on a computer for a potentially smoother experience.
