Refunds of FCMT are eligible when a request is sent to us within 3 days of original payment and users have not progressed past Lesson 1.
Both the request and progression standards have to be true in order to qualify for a refund.
To initiate the refund request process, simply send us a refund request at help@fcmtonline.com with your recent order number.
Refund options if your order contains a shipment of bonus items:
In order to process a refund for your purchase, you must meet the criteria above. If qualified, please let us know which option below you would like us to proceed with:
1. Full Refund: We will request a full refund for your purchase. The refund will only be processed and returned to the payment method that was charged after the bonus items have been returned and received by our shipping department at Ramsey HQ. It can take 7-10 business for the refund to show as a credit back to the payment method that was charged.
- You can simply deny delivery or, with the box unopened, ask that the shipment be returned to the sender (Ramsey Solutions).
2. Partial Refund: We can process a refund with a dollar amount subtracted in order to account for the bonus items that have already been automatically shipped. Basically, it would be like purchasing the bonus items from our online store. You should see this partial refund credit to your account in 7-10 business days after we send that request (does not require any shipping).
