Enrichment is a live event, which means the logistics are both complicated and expensive. So, unfortunately, we can't offer refunds. But what we can do is offer you a transfer. This means we'll hold your seat for next year's event - and that means you're first in line for Enrichment 2025!
In the event that Enrichment is canceled with no plan to reschedule, tickets will be refunded. And if Enrichment is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically be transferred to the future event date.
