You'll only be able to change your account email to an email address that is not connected to a free or paid account in the Ramsey Solutions ecosystem. This email address also needs to be verified in order to be changed. If the current email address is not verified, you will not be able to change to a new email for security purposes.
To start the process of changing your email address, you can head to account.ramseysolutions.com. Once there, follow the steps below:
1) Click "Update Profile"
2) Click "Change Email"
3) For verification purposes, you will need to enter your password, then select Verify Password to confirm.
4) Enter the new email address and select Change Email.
5). Once you confirm you'd like to change your email, we'll send an email with a verification link to your new email address. You'll need to open the email and click the link to finish the process of changing your email address.
If you no longer have access to your current email address, or the email address associated with your account contains a typo, please contact us at help@fcmtonline.com and provide the current email address on the account and your desired email address.
