If you are wanting to change the email address that is used for your current FCMT account, no worries! We can help with that!
NOTE: You'll only be able to change your account email to an email address that is not connected to a free or paid account in the Ramsey Solutions ecosystem.
This email address also needs to be verified in order to be changed, meaning that you must still have access to the email inbox of the current email address that is being used for your account in order to change it. If the current email address is not verified and you do not have access to that inbox, you will not be able to change to a new email for security purposes.
To start the process of changing your email address to one that does not already exist in the Ramsey ecosystem, you can head to account.ramseysolutions.com. Once there, follow the steps below:
1) Click "Update Profile"
2) Click "Change Email"
3) For verification purposes, you will need to enter your password, then select Verify Password to confirm.
4) Enter the new email address and select Change Email.
5) Once you confirm you'd like to change your email, we'll send an email with a verification link to your new email address. You'll need to open the email and click the link to finish the process of changing your email address.
