If you're experiencing sign-in issues with your Financial Coach Master Training account, here are some steps that you can follow!
1) Verify that you are signing in on fcmtonline.com and that you've activated your membership. If you are using a saved bookmark, you may want to try bypassing that and heading directly to fcmtonline.com.
2) Make sure you are signing in with the email address and password that you used to activate your account.
3) We would recommend trying to sign in on a private browser window. If you are using Google Chrome, here's how you can access a private browsing window:
To enable incognito mode, open a normal browser window. Next, click on the menu icon (three dots) in the top right-hand corner, beside the address bar. From the menu that opens, click on "New Incognito Window." A new browser will launch in incognito mode.
