Are you stuck on a lesson, but feel like you have completed everything and should be able to continue to the next one? Here are some things to check that normally cause this issue:
Please check to make sure that ALL of the following things are true when you are trying to move onto the next lesson!
- All the previous lesson chapters and activities on your dashboard have a blue checkmark next to them because all previous lesson videos and activities need to be marked as complete to progress properly.
- Your browser is up to date with its latest version.
- You have tried this in an incognito or private browser window,
- And that you are using an updated browser like Google Chrome
Typically, these will clear up any small errors that could be occurring.
Additionally, if you're not seeing the "Next" or "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen, you may need to reduce the zoom of the screen in your browser so that the full screen will show.
Also, if you've been using a mobile device and you are stuck on a lesson, try using a computer to see if the same issue is occurring there as well.
