Trying to log back into your FCMT training and it is asking you for a new voucher code, or no longer letting you log in? It is possible that your access to FCMT has officially expired.
It is important to remember that all purchases of Financial Coach Master Training include one year of access to the course and all of its content. This one year of access to the course begins on the date that you activate your code for the course to your account, NOT the date that the product is purchased.
If you have already graduated FCMT, and the one year access to the course has officially expired, you will automatically retain access to all of the PDF resources that can be found in the resources tab in the training, along with any of the rewards that you have earned during your training. These are the items that you should have access to for free as a Graduate of FCMT but you will no longer have access to the lessons, courses or accelerator after the one year of access has expired.
However, if your one year access to the course has officially expired and you have NOT graduated the training, submit a request HERE and our Customer Success team will be happy to assist you in seeing if you are eligible for an extension!
NOTE: Extension requests are handled on a case by case basis and can be granted to allow you to finish the course if special circumstances have caused you to be unable to do so.
