NOTE: You'll only be able to change your account email to an email address that is not connected to a free or paid account in the Ramsey Solutions ecosystem.
To change your email address, you need to verify it first. This means that you must have access to the inbox of your current email address. If the current email address is not verified or you no longer have access to it, you will not be allowed to change to a new email address for security reasons.
To change your email address to one that does not already exist in the Ramsey ecosystem, you can head to account.ramseysolutions.com. Once there, follow the steps below:
- Click Update Profile.
- Click Change Email.
- To verify your identity, please enter your password and click on the Verify Password button to confirm.
- Enter the new email address and select Change Email.
- Once you confirm that you'd like to change your email, we'll email you a verification link to your new email address. You'll need to open the email and click the link to finish the process of changing your email address.
