If you are experiencing sign-in issues while accessing Financial Coach Master Training, here are some steps that you can follow!
1) Verify that you are signing in on fcmtonline.com and that you've clicked the activation link you were provided. If you are using a saved bookmark, you may want to try bypassing that and heading directly to fcmtonline.com/dashboard.
2) Make sure you are signing in with the email address and password that you used to activate your FCMT account.
3) You may need to clear your cache and cookies data and make sure your browser is up-to-date with its latest version. Trying an incognito window (Google Chrome) may help also. To open an incognito window, see the instructions below:
To enable incognito mode, open a normal browser window. Next, click on the menu icon (three dots) in the top right-hand corner, beside the address bar. From the menu that opens, click on "New Incognito Window." A new browser will launch in incognito mode.
4) Try clicking "Sign In" below the white block and sign in. If you don't know the password, then select "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts to change the password.
